Report dashboard

Coassemble shows results through Insights on each course and collection, and you can export that data as a CSV. If you want a single custom dashboard across everything, you can build your own using the API, and more reporting through MCP is coming soon.

Coassemble gives you results per course and per collection through Insights, covering views, completion, drop-off, sentiment and per-person activity. There isn't a single built-in dashboard that rolls every course up into one view, but there are two good ways to get your results into the shape you want: export the data, or pull it through the API and build your own dashboard.

Export your results as a CSV

From the Insights view you can download the data as a CSV for the date range you've selected. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or anything that reads CSV, and you can combine results from different courses, build your own charts, or keep records for audit and compliance. This is the quickest way to get a broader view across your training without writing any code.

Build your own dashboard with the API

If you want a live, custom dashboard rather than a one-off export, you can build one on the Coassemble API. The tracking API gives you the underlying views, progress, completion and quiz data, so you can pull results into your own reporting tool, BI dashboard or internal app and present them however suits you, including across many courses at once. API access is available on paid plans.

More reporting through MCP (coming soon)

Support for working with your results through MCP (the Model Context Protocol) is on the way. It's intended to let AI assistants and agents reach your Coassemble data directly, so you can ask for and assemble reporting through the AI tools you already use. This page will be updated with specifics when it's released.
