Embed Automate

Embed Automate is the programmatic tier of Embed. It adds the automation layer on top of Embed Core: SCORM via API, the Themes and Translations APIs, theme control on embeddables, GDPR delete endpoints, and much higher usage allowances.

Embed Automate is for teams running a mature, automated integration, where courses, themes, translations and SCORM are all managed through code rather than the interface. It includes everything in Embed Core, then opens up the programmatic operations and the largest standard usage allowances.

What Embed Automate adds over Embed Core

• SCORM via API. Generate Dynamic and Standalone SCORM packages programmatically, not just through in-app download.
• Programmatic content lifecycle. Publish and revert courses via the API.
• Themes API and theming. Read and write themes through the API, and apply visual theming to embeddables with themeId.
• Translations API. Generate, sync, set default and delete translations through the API, and localise courses via the API.
• GDPR delete operations. Delete clients, users and tracking data through the API for data-handling compliance.
• Much higher allowances. 15,000 image generation events and 25 million narration tokens per month, the 100× tier of the Hub baseline.

Like all Embed plans, Embed Automate is a committed plan, so Identified Recipients are a committed allowance agreed with you. It includes up to 240,000 Anonymous Recipients a year. Because it's the Embed motion, going over an allowance is a commercial conversation rather than a hard stop.

What's not on Embed Automate

The features reserved for Embed Partner are the infrastructure and commercial ones: region-locked or dedicated servers, self-hosting, a full MSA, dedicated account management, technical support and go-to-market support. Embed Automate runs on the standard or controlled release server.
