What do I do if there is a bug?
If something in Coassemble isn’t working as expected, follow the steps below to rule out common browser or device issues. If the problem continues, report it to Coassemble Support with as much detail as possible so the team can investigate.
Reporting the bug
1) Perform basic troubleshooting
- Refresh the page to resolve temporary glitches.
- Confirm your browser is up to date. (Coassemble works best on the latest versions of modern browsers.)
- Disable third-party browser extensions (especially ad blockers, privacy tools, script blockers, or SSO/password managers) and retry.
- Clear cookies and cache for Coassemble, then reload the page.
2) Report the bug to Coassemble Support
If the issue persists after the steps above:
- Use in-app support to log a bug ticket.
3) Include the right details in your report
Provide as much information as possible, including:
The specific page or URL where the issue occurred
What you were trying to achieve (steps leading up to the issue)
Any other relevant context
Screenshots or a screen recording (be prepared to share if requested)
